Upload and inspect your model
Upload a supported file or a ZIP containing the root assembly and its referenced components. The workspace provides the currently validated conversion formats.
Open Autodesk Inventor IPT, IAM files online and convert to STEP. Package assembly components in ZIP; missing parts show warnings and properties cover loaded geometry only.

Select the source and output format, start conversion and download the result. A format with companion files is delivered as a ZIP. Conversion does not recover the original feature tree.
When components are missing, available geometry can still be viewed and downloaded with an incomplete-assembly warning. Dimensions, volume and mass describe loaded geometry only. A file with no usable geometry cannot be displayed.
Validated Inventor samples establish these workflows, not every save version or feature. An IPT is a part; an IAM may depend on IPT files and nested IAM assemblies. Keep local references in their relative folders inside a ZIP. If more than one root is possible, select the intended top-level IAM. Missing components produce a partial-result warning; empty or unreadable geometry cannot be displayed.
Choose file and select the original IPT. After processing, use Fit, rotate the model and check units and X/Y/Z extents in Properties. Confirm a known dimension before using volume or density-based mass. If processing fails, check the upload limit and source Inventor version, then request a fresh file or STEP export.
Collect the root IAM, nested assemblies and referenced IPT files in a ZIP while preserving relative folders. Upload the ZIP and choose the intended assembly root if prompted. Review missing-component warnings; partial geometry remains useful, but its properties cover loaded parts only. Request absent files and upload a corrected package for a complete result.
View STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Siemens NX / UG NX, Inventor, CATIA CATPart/CATProduct, Parasolid X_T, ACIS SAT, JT with readable solids, STL, OBJ, 3MF and static GLB/glTF. ZIP packages retain assembly references. Missing parts show warnings. CATIA CGR/3DXML, X_B, SAB and DWG remain unverified or unavailable.
Yes. Selecting or dropping files uploads and processes them immediately in every tool. Files are processed temporarily on this server. The workspace displays the configured retention time. Delete in the file menu permanently removes your files; closing a view does not.
No. Your temporary workspace uses a browser session cookie. There is no account, subscription or permanent file library.
STEP/IGES and converted native CAD use B-Rep geometry; mesh properties are approximate. Incomplete assembly properties cover loaded components only. Mass uses your chosen density.
