Current purchase status
CADProps does not currently accept paid purchases. The policy below is proposed for the Conversion Pack when paid purchases become available. The currently available service remains free within its existing limits.
Request a refund within 14 days
For a future Conversion Pack purchase, you will be able to request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Using conversions during that period will not, by itself, remove this refund option. Once a refund is completed, the remaining conversions from that purchase will be cancelled.
Payment or delivery problems
Contact us if you are charged more than once, purchased conversions do not appear in your account, or a service problem prevents us from delivering the purchased pack. We will also review these issues when reported more than 14 days after purchase.
Failed, cancelled and incomplete conversion tasks will not consume paid conversions. If a task was counted incorrectly, contact us so we can review it and restore the conversion where appropriate.
How to contact us
Email support@cadprops.com with your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a brief description of the problem. Please keep payment card details, passwords and private CAD files out of your message; an order reference and problem description are enough to start a review.
How refunds will be processed
Paddle is the intended payment provider and merchant of record for the planned paid service. Once Paddle checkout is available, approved refunds will be processed through Paddle using the original payment method where possible. The time before funds appear in your account will depend on the payment provider and your bank.
Paddle's refund policy and any applicable statutory consumer rights will also apply to purchases processed by Paddle. This proposed CADProps policy preserves those rights and Paddle's authority to handle refunds.
